Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
At Keshartea.in, we strive to deliver high-quality teas to our customers. However, due to the nature of our products and regulations under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), teas are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Replacement Policy
We take stringent measures to ensure the products you receive are in perfect condition. However, in rare instances, the following issues may arise:

The item is damaged during transit.

There is a manufacturing defect.

An incorrect item is delivered.

The item is marked as delivered (via SMS or email notification) but has not been received by the customer. Note: Such cases must be reported within 3 days of the delivery notification as courier companies provide Proof of Delivery (POD) within this timeframe.
In these circumstances, we will replace the item at no additional cost, provided:

The replacement request is made within the stipulated timeframe.

The item is returned only after receiving confirmation from us.
To request a replacement, please email us with your order number and reason for the request. Items sent for return or replacement without prior confirmation will not be processed. Upon confirmation, we will arrange for the replacement through our logistics partner.
Refund Policy
Situations Eligible for Refunds

Unavailability of Goods or Service: If the item sent for replacement is unavailable, we will offer the best possible alternative or process a full refund based on the customer’s preference.

Delayed Shipping: If an order is confirmed but cannot be shipped on time, customers can request a full refund.

Non-Deliverable Addresses: For courier products, if the delivery address is outside the service area, a 100% refund will be provided.

Product Unavailability: A full refund will be issued if the product is unavailable or cannot be shipped by the vendor.
