Shipping Policy
Products ordered through Keshartea.in and shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is considered the importer of record and is responsible for all such fees.
By placing an international order, you authorize Keshartea.in to designate a courier company or freight forwarder to act as your agent in clearing merchandise and processing import duties and fees.
Limitations
- Manufacturer warranties may not be valid in the destination country.
- Manuals, instructions, and safety warnings may not be in the language of the destination country.
- Products may not meet the destination country’s standards or labeling requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring the product complies with local regulations and can be lawfully imported.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. These charges are beyond our control and vary widely across countries. Please consult with your local customs office for further details.
Domestic Shipping & Charges
Keshar Tea delivers to every location and pin code in India. We offer express shipping (2-4 business days) through leading courier services such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and FedEx, depending on the delivery location.
We provide free express shipping on all orders.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
Orders received before 12:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) are typically processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders received after this cutoff time will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please note:
- Our international delivery partners, DHL and FedEx, do not deliver Keshar Tea orders on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Once an order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, cancellations are not accepted.
